Position recognition

VAT detection is used as standard with the Advanced Boxes. With this recognition, regardless of the number of items on the invoice, one item is created for each VAT rate recognized. record is created.

During item recognition, one item with the respective item total and VAT rate is created for each recognized line on the invoice. rate is created. This enables a more precise account assignment at item level without having to create splitting items manually. In addition, further booking details can be entered per item instead of across all items. E.g. an item text can be entered or different cost centers can be defined.

Item recognition informs the user if the invoice and item totals do not match. The user then has two options:

– Either the new total is adopted
– Or a position can be created with the difference

If an item is also created manually using the plus sign, the amounts on the item are calculated automatically based on the manually entered details.
