How do I open an account?

To create an account with DeepCloud, go to app.deepbox.swiss.

1. Click the “Create Account” button at the bottom left.
   
   
2. Select the process “Create DeepCloud Account”. Please note that this is independent of the product for which you are creating the account. With a DeepCloud account, you can later decide freely which products you would like to use.
   
3. Enter your email address and verify it via the link sent to you by email.
   
   
4. Provide your login credentials, set a password, accept the Terms of Service, and click the “Create DeepCloud Account” button.
   
5. Log in using your email adress and password
6. Next, choose whether you want to create a personal account/user or set up an organization.
   
7. Complete your details and click “Save and Continue”.
   
8. At this step, you can either verify your account by adding a credit card or proceed with the advanced verification process. For more information about the verification levels, click here
   
9. Once you have added a credit card or completed the verification, the onboarding process is successfully completed, and you can use your DeepCloud account
   

The user who sets up the box first is automatically assigned the company role of “Owner.” This role can later be modified in the user management section. DeepBox accounts are always intended for individual users, as each user manages their own permissions, access, and external boxes. Therefore, it is not recommended to register shared email accounts (e.g., info@…) as users.
