Set up suggestions

With “Suggestions”, different field values can be set based on recognition characteristics in the document – both at header and position level.
For example, an invoice that contains the identifier “rent” in the document can be assigned differently to an invoice that contains the identifier “purchase”.

The following options are available:

• Fixed value: set a static/fixed value
• Expression: store a variable value/formula
• Look up: look up in the uploaded ‘Abacus tables’ and in the ‘Account assignment references’

A history is also available for each value selected in the editor. The history can be used to trace where the displayed value comes from (DeepFlow, suggestions, …)
