You use the DeepCloud account professionally.
Depending on your roles in the organization, steps may need to be taken before we can delete your account:
Member of an organization or other owners present in the organization
If you are a member or owner of an organization with multiple owners, you can request the deletion of your account directly by sending an email to support[at]deepbox.swiss.
Sole owner of an organisation
In the event that you are the only owner of an organization that is to continue to exist, you must first authorize an additional owner for your organization. You can then request the deletion of your account directly by sending an email to support[at]deepbox.swiss.
If the organization is also to be deleted, please proceed as follows:
- Delete all sections (and thus boxes) of your organization (and if necessary your private organization) manually in the account management (reason: you delete your data yourself and thus directly confirm the deletion).
- Manually delete all remaining members of the organization (including service users), if it has any.
- Notify Support that the organization and your account should be deleted.
- The organization and your account will be removed by DeepCloud support.
