Responsibilities

The respective user who is to receive the notifications from Abacus in the AbaMenu can be stored in the responsibilities. For the Accounts Receivable application, for example, the person responsible for accounts receivable for the corresponding client is stored. This setting can be made either when creating the box or afterwards in the “Q908 DeepCloud administration” program under the “Abacus settings” tab.

DeepBox application

If a user is stored with the DeepBox application, this user receives the notification if no user is registered with the respective application.

If no user is stored for any application, the “main administrator” is notified by default.

Can several users be stored in the responsibilities?

In the standard process, one Abacus user is notified per application. It is not possible to store several users per application.
