Time-controlled processing

If the technical requirements according to this FAQ article are met, the webhook can be set up in Abacus. This means that the documents are transferred to Abacus directly after acceptance and processing in the DeepBox.

If there is no desire or possibility to open Abacus for external messages from the webhook, processing can be time-controlled.
Instead of individual document processing, the documents are processed collectively.

A time trigger can be set up for this purpose, which retrieves the processed documents – which are waiting in the Abacus Document Folder – from the DeepBox at the desired interval and posts them in Abacus. The standard DeepBox process can be used as the process.
