Trigger / Webhook

For the “Process documents from DeepBox” process to work automatically, a trigger / webhook must be created in the “Q908 DeepCloud Administration” program.

As soon as a document is confirmed with “Accept & Process” in the DeepO Editor, the document with the extracted data is moved to the “Abacus Document Folder” folder in the DeepBox. This folder is monitored by a so-called “webhook”: As soon as a file is present in this folder, this webhook is triggered and reports this to Abacus. In Abacus, on the other hand, a “trigger” is initiated. The trigger starts the BPE process for processing the documents.

The administrator cannot be stored as the executing user because the administrator is not allowed to start any processes. The executing user must have BPE rights.

The tigger / webhook can be created in the “Q908 DeepCloud Administration” program under “Create & configure boxes”. Only the system user “DeepCloud” must be selected or a user with BPE application rights must be stored so that the BPE process can be started.

The trigger / webhook can also be created directly when creating the box in step no. 7 by ticking “Create webhooks”.

Note: All users listed in the dialog have BPE application rights. To avoid interruptions, it is recommended to use the DeepCloudUser.
