Is it possible to split files with multiple invoices?

It is possible to upload a file with several documents to the DeepBox, e.g. with several invoices in one PDF. The file can then be clicked in the inbox and the invoices can be separated manually using the “shear” symbol on the right. In addition, there is the “Automatically separate” button, which works when the Abacus separator is in use. The DeepBox automatically separates the pages after the separation stamp, just as it works in Abacus.

The Abacus separating stamp must meet certain requirements and can be purchased in various online stores.

The separation according to Abacus separation stamps can now be automated by activating DeepFlow and the documents are split without manual intervention. Further information can be found at:
