Update suggestions

Adjustments to suggestions for the update on July 31, 2024
Previously, only the first applicable suggestion was executed, starting with the specific combination “this address – this box”. Suggestions at other levels, such as “all addresses – this box”, were ignored.

With the new logic, suggestions are considered and executed at all levels, starting at the highest level, i.e. “all addresses – all boxes”. This means that suggestions are systematically processed from the most general to the most specific level.
For each suggestion, it can be set that no further suggestions are applied either at this level or at all levels. To prevent any change in behavior, this setting is active by default for each suggestion so that no further suggestions are applied.

The only change in behavior occurs when new “general suggestions” are made. “all addresses – all boxes” can be used and thus “specific suggestions” can be made, for example. “this address – this box” can no longer be used. This can be changed per suggestion so that several suggestions can be applied at different levels.

End of beta phase
The suggestions become a very powerful tool in the automation of document processing. The pricing model is adjusted accordingly and the suggestions are only available if the Custom Fields on the box are active. This means that the suggestions are already available from the Small subscription and not just the Compact subscription.

Please activate the Custom Fields on your DeepBox now, otherwise your suggestions will no longer be applied after the changeover on November 1, 2024.

The change that Custom Fields must be active for the suggestions to be applied will take place from November 1, 2024.
