Document availability

Once the signature process for a document has been completed, it is available to all participants for download for 14 days. After this period, the document is automatically deleted and cannot be restored. Participants will receive an e-mail to remind them of this:

If you want to store signed documents in the cloud for the long term, we recommend starting the signature process directly from DeepBox. In this case, the signed document is automatically and securely stored in your DeepBox – no additional download or separate backup is required.
