The release notes from April 28, 2025, bring numerous new features and improvements. In DeepSign, it is now possible to fill out forms directly in the editor. Additionally, a new batch function simplifies sending, deleting, and withdrawing documents. Certain signature types and legal areas can now be disabled, which simplifies the selection. The new PaperToDigital process was introduced, while initial preparations were made to remove YAPEAL as a payment method. In DeepO, keyword recognition was further optimized. Various bugs were fixed and performance was improved in DeepAdmin, DeepBox, and DeepSign. Additionally, billing information management in subscription management was updated and made more user-friendly.

The release notes from 27.03.2025 bring numerous optimisations and bug fixes. Email verification is now carried out using a code instead of a link, which simplifies the registration process. Accessibility and user-friendliness in the onboarding and login area have also been improved. DeepForms is now integrated into the DeepAdmin subscription management. In DeepO, suggestions have been further optimised, while various bugs have been fixed and performance improved in DeepAdmin, DeepBox, DeepMail and DeepSign.

The release notes dated 27.02.2025 include the new setting "Recognise whole line", which enables the complete recording of values. The processing of XInvoices is now supported and the processing log also displays the file name. AbaNinja is renamed to DeepNinja, and only strong verification is displayed for mails from DeepBox or DeepSign. In addition, various bugs have been fixed and user-friendliness has been improved in several sections.

In addition to numerous improvements, groups can now be used for seal access, an automatic deletion process in the recycle bin has been introduced, payment on account can be activated without support and DeepInfos is available as a BETA version.
