In the December update, we introduced email customization in DeepAdmin and further optimized the invoicing process. DeepSign now allows the definition of approvers who are not required to sign themselves and offers improved functionality for signature uploads. These enhancements significantly boost the efficiency and user-friendliness of our platform.

The new features in November include the new page in DeepAdmin for checking the DeepID, an improved document search and various optimisations for SSO users. For DeepSign there are new features such as uploading an attachment as initiator, setting a default value for signature type and jurisdiction and optimised signature upload.

The latest updates include improvements to the SSO functionality, synchronization of user information in DeepAdmin, and the ability to rename generic folders. Email reminders for payment method expiration for "Owner" roles, as well as DeepSign onboarding for individuals, have been introduced. Invoice amounts are now automatically rounded, and numerous bug fixes and UI optimizations have been implemented to enhance system stability.

The DeepAdmin has been optimised to further increase performance and user-friendliness. A standardised new header ensures a consistent and modern user experience. There is also a new DeepSign cockpit that now supports batch signing to efficiently sign multiple documents at the same time.

The new user-friendly interface for account management was made available. In addition, OKTA was enabled for SSO group mapping and various improvements to the onboarding process for Abacus customers were delivered.

The onboarding process from Abacus has been simplified and the performance when signing with DeepSign has been improved. This and other bug fixes for DeepBox can be found in the current release notes.

The new DeepCloud support website is online in German and English. Furthermore, various bug fixes for DeepBox and DeepO have been implemented.

With the new Google add-in available for DeepSign you can sign your documents directly from Google Drive and Gmail. We also implemented various improvements to DeepBox and DeepO.

We introduced the new DeepCloud logo and worked on bug fixes and improvements for DeepBox, DeepSign and DeepO.

DeepSign API users can now enforce or prevent the visual signature. In addition, various bug fixes and improvements have been made to the SSO functionalities, DeepBox, DeepSign and DeepO.

Group mapping for SSO configuration is now accessible for all users with a Large plan. In DeepSign, suggestions for email addresses are now displayed when configuring the signature process. Plus, other optimisations for DeepSign and DeepO have been implemented.

You can now purchase larger packages for Simple Electronic Signatures (SES). There are also additional extensions and improvements for DeepSign, DeepBox and DeepO.

DeepO has introduced the option of making payments via e-banking (DeepPay) directly within the DeepO editor for incoming invoices, facilitating a smoother and immediate payment process. With DeepO, users now have the option to choose a fixed price model, designed for less intensive usage, resulting in more predictable monthly costs. Additionally, both DeepO and DeepBox have received further enhancements.

DeepSign now offers enhanced customisation options for display of the visual signature. Additionally, a range of bug fixes and enhancements have been implemented for both DeepBox and DeepSign to improve user experience and functionality.
