Organisation Signature template

Advanced configuration options are available for organizations with a “Small” subscription. This allows not only to customize the visual signature at the organizational level, but also to configure individual user settings to ensure consistency and compliance. These configurations are managed exclusively by the owners, which enables central control of signature standards within the organization.

In the DeepSign settings, owners can customize the signature according to their needs. They have the option of integrating various elements such as the security level, additional texts, location/date and the DeepSign logo. If none of these options are selected, everything is displayed by default.

You also have the option of customizing the available security levels and legal spaces for your organisation, as well as defining the default security level and legal space for the signature process. In addition, owners can configure reminders for pending signatures at organization level. Signatories with a pending signature receive an email reminder. You can specify whether no reminder is sent or whether it is sent every 3 days, every 7 days or every 2 weeks.

The DeepSign storage setting is also available. This allows members to activate the storage of DeepSign documents in which they are involved. These documents are then no longer automatically deleted after 14 days, but are stored in a protected, personal section for the user.
