Accepting an invitation to DeepPortal

Have you received an invitation to DeepPortal by email? In this article, you will learn how to accept the invitation and gain access to the DeepPortal that has been shared with you.

What you need

To register, you will need:

• The invitation email from DeepCloud
• Access to the email address to which the invitation was sent
• An existing DeepCloud user account or the option to create a new account

A new user account is only required if no DeepCloud account exists yet for the invited email address.

Accepting the invitation

1. Open the invitation email.
   Click the invitation link in the email to start the process.
2. Create a user account if required.
   If no DeepCloud account exists for your email address, enter the required personal details and create an account.
3. Confirm your email address.
   You will receive a six-digit verification code by email. Enter this code in the designated field.
4. Accept the invitation.
   Complete the registration process and then confirm the invitation to DeepPortal.

Once you have accepted the invitation, you can access the DeepPortal that has been shared with you.

Have you not received an invitation email?

If you cannot find the invitation email:

• Check your spam or junk email folder.
• Make sure that you have opened the correct email inbox.
• Ask the person who granted you access to DeepPortal to verify the email address used.
• Ask the person to send the invitation again.
• Contact support if you still have not received the invitation.
